At Jacquard Products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
